Registration Costs:

There is a $50 multi-athlete discount automatically applied for families with more than one participant.
All athletes must register together to receive the discount. On the Review Page, click "Register Another Player" to add each child to the same order.

Registration Cost Includes:
-Personalized reversible jersey, pants, and backpack to keep
-Helmet and shoulder pads rental
-Guaranteed playing time
-Certified and trained coaching staff 
-Five (5) raffle tickets to sell in order to recuperate up to $50 of your registration costs

What you will need to provide before equipment handout the first week of July:
-Certified ORIGINAL Birth Certificate (copies will not be accepted under any circumstances, please plan accordingly)
-Copy of 2024-2025 4th Quarter Report Card
-2025 Pop Warner Youth Participant Medical History Form
-2025 Pop Warner Participant Contract and Parental Consent Form

Equipment that you will need to provide for the first day of practice July 15th:
-Cleats
-Mouth guard
-Practice pants pads
-Reusable water bottle with your athlete’s name on it

What to expect during the 2025 season:
-Season starts July 15th and runs through the completion of playoffs usually mid to end of November.
-All practices are held at Drake Field located at 701 Hastings St., Elgin, IL 60120
-4-5 days a week of practice starting July 15th until school starts.
-3-4 days a week of practice after school starts.
-Games start in August. One game per week on Saturday or Sunday.
-Practice times usually run from 5:30-7:30pm or 6pm-8pm, depending on your athlete’s coach.
